Teneo.ai may decline the Opportunity for valid business reasons including, but not limited to: (a) Teneo.ai or other parties working with Teneo.ai are already engaging in discussions with the prospective customer or have already licensed products or provided services to such prospective customer; (b) information submitted by the Partner is not in sufficient detail for Teneo.ai to conduct a reasonable evaluation of the potential Opportunity; (c) the potential Opportunity is so far in the future or so speculative that Teneo.ai does not reasonably foresee performing pre-sales activities or executing.
