OpenQuestion's RESTful API responds to the request from the Contact Center platform, steers the dialogue and provides call direction instructions.
SIP Integration
If you prefer to, or are required by limitations on your Contact Center platform, OpenQuestion supports SIP integration.
A voice gateway connects to the Contact Center platform via SIP, manages the sessions and the ASR/TTS services.
OpenQuestion responds to the request from the voice gateway, steers the dialogue and provides call direction instructions back to the Contact Center platform via the gateway.
