The Board of Directors of Artificial Solutions on December 13th , 2023 resolved on a share issue with preferential rights for Artificial Solutions’ shareholders.
The rights issue in brief
Rights issue of approximately SEK 25.6 million before deduction of issue costs.
The subscription period (subscription through payment) will take place during the period from and including January 19th, 2024, up to and including February 2nd, 2024, or such later date as decided by the Board of Directors.
All existing shareholders will receive one (1) subscription right for each share owned on the record date on 17th January 2024. Six (6) subscription rights entitle to subscription for ten (10) new shares.
The subscription price in the rights issue has been set at SEK 0.15 per share.
The record date for the right to participate in the rights issue is 17th January, 2024. The last day of trading in Artificial Solutions’ shares inclusive of the right to participate in the rights issue is January 15th, 2024.
