The Board of Directors of Artificial Solutions held on December 23rd, 2022 resolved on a share issue with preferential rights for Artificial Solutions’ shareholders.
The rights issue in brief
Rights issue of approximately SEK 145 million before deduction of issue costs.
The subscription period (subscription through payment) will take place during the period from and including February 3rd, 2023, up to and including February 17th, 2023, or such later date as decided by the Board of Directors.
All existing shareholders will receive one (1) subscription right for each share owned on the record date on 1 February 2023. One (1) subscription right entitle to subscription for twenty-two (22) new shares.
The subscription price in the rights issue has been set at SEK 1.00 per share.
The record date for the right to participate in the rights issue is February 1st, 2023. The last day of trading in Artificial Solutions’ shares inclusive of the right to participate in the rights issue is January 30th, 2023.
