Your Mission:
As our new Partner Development Manager your mission is to drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying and activating new partners to drive revenue and market share.
You will track partner performance against key metrics, identify high performing partners, and explore new strategies to enhance partner engagement and revenue generation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts, to ensure the successful implementation of the partner program and drive revenue growth through partner sales.
In This Role You Will:
You will work with leading brands in hospitality, leading financial institutions, and a carefully curated set of large enterprise companies with mission critical call center requirements as a trusted advisor to evangelize a solution for voice call management that will significantly improve their customer’s experience and related business goals. You will contribute to the growth and success by winning new business, collaborating with customers, delivering great solutions, and exceeding our sales and revenue goals.
- Qualify, acquire, and activate new partners, evaluating their fit with the Teneo AI’s partner portfolio to achieve strategic objectives and goals.
- Actively manage an existing portfolio of partners, nurture ongoing relationships and drive collaboration to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Clearly articulate the joint value propositions to inspire partners to promote our solutions and deliver value to their customers.
- Provide support and resources to partners to enable them to effectively promote and sell Teneo AI products.
- Track partner performance against predefined metrics and KPIs, analyze data to identify high performing partners and areas for improvement.
What You Bring to The Table:
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, sales or business development at a software company.
- Curiosity, high-energy and a strong level of ownership.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation skills and sales orientation.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving results.
- Strong communication skills to articulate company vision and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to execute in an environment where priorities change quickly, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and problem solving skills.
- Experience in enterprise software or contact center technologies (CCAAS, IVR, ITR, Chatbots, Conversational ai, etc) is a plus.
- Experience in sales through a partner ecosystem is a big plus.
