Teneo Platform 6.2 Overview

Highlights

The Teneo Platform 6.2 brings a completely new Pre-logging script allowing user to access the dialogue history to anonymize and remove content before the dialogue history is written to the logs. This provides solution developers with flexibility to control sensitive log data, such as Personal Identifiable Information (PIIs), depending on the needs of each project and data cleanliness becomes part of the solution development process implying that logs are easier to clean and therefore makes it safer to request sensitive data. The Pre-logging script also allow solution developers to encrypt, for example, all client data before it leaves the Teneo Engine by using a public key provided to the solution which then later is decrypted by the client using a private key after retrieving the data from Teneo Inquire, this way unencrypted data is never written to disk or network and the private key is fully under control of the project/client to retrieve the data on their premises.

The Teneo Languages introduce a completely new Teneo NLU Ontology and Semantic Network as well as Conversational Modules in Bulgarian.

Furthermore, the 6.2 release includes various User Driven Improvements and bug fixes.

Session adornment

A bug, discovered in Teneo Platform 5.2 and affecting also the following Teneo versions, which when using TQL and Groovy Adorners caused certain sessions to not get the adornments applied (generating null values) has been addressed in Teneo 6.2 to ensure that correct adornment happens on sessions when TQL and Groovy Adorners are applied in solutions.
